Primary Care Physician Needed - Eureka, CA - Outstanding VA Benefits Package
The San Francisco VA Health Care System is currently seeking Primary Care Physicians in their Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Eureka, CA, Santa Rosa, CA, and Clearlake, CA.
The physician serves as a Primary Care Provider (PCP) at any Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The CBOC operates under a PACT Model (Patient Aligned Care Team). Together with his or her team, comprised of a PCP, RN, LVN, and a Clerk, the PCP cares for a panel of approximately 700 patients. The PACT provides comprehensive care for our Veteran population, including the diagnoses, care, and treatment of both acute and chronic conditions. Common diagnoses encountered include diabetes, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, degenerative arthritis, depression, congestive heart failure, and chronic pain.
Compensation Range is 225K – 245K
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

- Must have full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in ANY U.S. State
