This role offers a four-day work week, modern facilities, and the flexibility to customize your practice across clinic, OB, and emergency care while maintaining a sustainable call schedule. Schedule

  • Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare- Melrose
  • Four-day work week with flexibility to customize your clinical mix
    • Typically three days in clinic and one day in the Level IV Emergency Department
    • Additional ED shifts available for those interested; fewer ED shifts available based on provider preference
  • Call:
    • Weekday call approximately 1:4, providing backup coverage to APP overnight care
    • Weekend call includes primary hospitalist responsibilities such as admissions and rounding

 

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year
    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Outpatient services include chemotherapy, IV infusions, rehabilitation, transitional care, diabetes education, integrated behavioral health, complemented by visiting specialists and tele-stroke/STEMI collaboration with St. Cloud Hospital.
