This state-of-the-art facility will include family medicine, cardiology, vascular surgery, general surgery, digital X-ray, a retail pharmacy and on-site lab.

"The mission of Franciscan Health System is to build healthier communities," said Peter O'Conner, PhD, chief operating officer of Franciscan Medical Group. "Expanding into the Auburn community allows us to provide our patients with convenience by combining a number of our services in South King County into one location."

"This new medical pavilion really brings high quality care and services close to home for our patients in King County," said Tony McLean, president of St. Francis Hospital. "We will be offering same day appointments at our primary care clinic because we know our patients have busy lives and we want to make seeing a Franciscan family doctor as easy as possible."

Franciscan will be the anchor tenant and lease 21,000 square feet of the 38,000 square feet pavilion. The property was developed by Latitude Development. Architects were Jon Graves Architects and Planners, PLLC and Collins-Woerman. The project contractors were Donovan Brothers, Inc. and Aldrich and Associates.
