Seeking a Board Certified Physician to join a vibrant and growing multi-discipline group practice of 15 specialists in the Puget Sound Area. 

Our independent group is the exclusive Pulmonary/Critical Care and vICU provider to a full service regional referral center and 3 community hospitals with a busy trauma, cardiothoracic, interventional radiology, vascular and neurosurgical programs.  Included is a state-of-the-art interventional Bronchoscopy suite. 

In addition to providing excellent outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine, our group cares for pulmonary, sleep and critically ill patients in the following regional hospitals:

  • St. Joseph Medical Center
  • St. Francis Hospital
  • St. Clare Hospital
  • St. Anthony Hospital

 

Physician Duties/Expectations include:

  • The position is a night Intensivist opening, working full time as a Critical Care Nocturnist.  
  • Position is based at the virtual operations center in Tacoma.
  • On site hospital duties in emergency situations is required.
  • Work schedule is 7pm-7am, working one week on, two weeks off.  Total coverage for the year is expected to be 18 weeks. 
  • Physician is expected to work with 1-2 Advanced Practice Clinicians (PA or NP) each night, virtually staffing admissions and covering active ICU patients   

 

Required:

  • Medical Degree
  • ACGME Accredited Training Programs including Critical Care
  • Experience in medical ICU settings 

Required License/Certification

  • Washington State Medical License in good standing prior to start date
  • BC/BE in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine or BC/BE in Critical Care Medicine.
