Physician – Family Medicine – Out Patient Private Practice Setting - KC

  • Excellent practice opportunity for a full-time BC/BE Family Medicine Physicians, no OB in a Recognized Patient Centered Primary Care Home, attesting to a Tier 5 status with Meaningful Use achievement. Also participates and is recognized with the CPC+ model.  
  • Join a group of providers that enjoy the same activities that you enjoy such as hiking, fishing, photography, church activities, rafting, gardening, running, and kayaking.  The culture has a family feel where the focus is building long term relationships with patients and caring for them through generations.   Well established practice that has been a part of our communities for over 65 years.  
  • Full-time, employed position, 4 days/week with a minimum of 32 contact hours a week. 
  • Current practice size is 1 physician, 1 nurse practitioner and 2 physician assistants. 
  • NextGen EPM and EMR. 
  • 11 exam rooms with 1 treatment room, a separate room for EKG's etc with a LAB onsite. Caring for patients of all ages including newborns.
  • See an average of 15 patients per day. 
  • Clinic Hours are Monday – Thursday from 7:30am - 5:30pm.  Friday 7:30 to 4:30.  No Weekends.    
  • Call is 1 day a week and 1 weekend a month.  Average call is 0-1 on weekdays and 3-5 on weekends.    Use hospitalist system at the local hospital for in-patient care. 
  • Open to considering physicians on visas including the JI & H1B visa programs.

Physician – RURAL Family Medicine Out-Patient Private Practice Clinic Setting - DFM

  • Busy growing practice seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician, no OB.  Recognized Patient Centered Primary Care Home Tier 4 status with Meaningful Use achievement. 
  • This is a very well established practice that has been a part of our communities for over 50 years.  Exceptional work environment; good mix of insurance plans; minor surgeries/procedures; option to perform colonoscopies at hospital.  Full-scope family medicine with a robust pediatric population. 
  • Current practice size: 2 physicians, 1 FNP, 1 PA, and 17 staff.  
  • Full-time, employed position, 4 ½ days per week. ~32 – 36 pt. care hours/wk.  Current physicians see ~19 – 26 pts/day.  Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am to 6pm; Friday 8-5; Saturday 9 to noon on rotation with other providers in the office, currently once every 5 weeks. 
  • Call:  1:15.  Weeknights: once every 3 wks.  Weekends:  once every 3 months. 
  • Centricity EMR.  On-site phlebotomist.  Use hospitalist system.

 Physician – Family Medicine Out-Patient Private Practice

  • Current practice size is 14 physicians (FM, IM, & Surgery), 3 NPs, & 3 PAs.  A recognized Patient Centered Primary Care Home Tier 4 status with Meaningful Use achievement.
  • Seeking BC/BE family medicine physicians to join this very well-established primary care, outpatient practice that has been part of our communities for decades.  Join a group of providers that enjoy some of the same things you do such as: hiking, camping, gardening, fishing, running, golf, music, dancing, tennis, & church activities.
  • Full-time 4 days a week.  See 15 to 20 patients a day
  • Call is currently ~ 1:11.  Weekend call is Friday – Sunday.  Late clinic hours until 6:30PM on Mondays through Thursday – corresponding with on-call rotation.  Saturday urgent care clinic coverage with on-call rotation from 8:00AM – 1:00PM.
  • Use hospitalist system – No adult admission.  Newborns and Peds are optional.
  • In-house lab, x-ray, DEXA & CT scanning, ultrasound, mammogram, and cardiac testing.

  • Current practice size is 2 physicians, 1 FNP and 1 FM PA.
  • Full-time, employed position, 4 days per week, out-patient primary care setting. Clinic Hours are Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 6:00pm.  NextGen EPM and EMR.  On-site lab service phlebotomist, electrocardiograms, pulmonary function tests, GYN rooms and procedure rooms.
  • Call is shared with other family medicine offices. Call is 1day a week, once every 4+ weeks.  Weekend call is 1:10.  Use hospitalist system at the local hospital for in-patient care.
