Job Summary:

We are looking for critical care trained physicians at HCA Houston Healthcare West in Houston, TX.

Qualified Candidates:

• 15 shifts per month (approximately 1/2 days and 1/2 nights)
• BC in critical care medicine within 5 years of completion of fellowship
• Experience leading teams and improving quality measures
• 20-beds med/surg ICU and 8-bed CV ICU
• Open ICU Model with mandatory intensivist consult for all patients
• Multidisciplinary model
• 24/7 in-house physician coverage:  1 MD and 1 APP day coverage/ 1 MD night coverage
