Position Summary

Associates in Diagnostic Radiology (ADR), a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking an excellent General Radiologist to join our Southern TN - Winchester practice. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to work in a collaborative environment offering comprehensive clinical care. Details of the position include:

• Good modality mix consisting of: CT, US, X-ray, MRI, nuclear, light procedures, and fluoroscopy
• Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST (215 shifts annually)
  • Flexible schedule: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote; or 5 days on-site if preferred
  • NO CALL
• Subspecialty help and backup available with dedicated readers for MSK, Neuro, & Peds cases with complexity beyond general skillsets

The position includes a generous compensation and benefits package. Including a $500,000 + salary, up to $100k in bonuses, and a full slate of benefits. Benefits include a 401k profit-sharing plan with immediate vesting, as well as health, life, disability, malpractice insurance coverage, and 9 weeks of PTO. Visa sponsorship available via J-1 Conrad 30 state waiver or Delta Regional waiver.

Local Practice Info: Associates in Diagnostic Radiology (ADR) has provided radiology services to the Chattanooga and surrounding areas since 1974. Our practice consists of 11 board-certified, fellowship-trained radiologists. We provide services for the HCA Parkridge Health System, and the Plaza Radiology Imaging Centers dba Chattanooga, Cleveland, Dalton Imaging, Southern Tennessee Regional Health System-Winchester, and Sewanee: The University of the South.

Location Coverage: This position will cover on-site at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System-Winchester and remotely for its sister facility in Sewanee and other ADR facilities as needed by the practice. STRHS-Winchester is a comprehensive medical facility licensed for 131 acute beds and 26 skilled care/nursing home beds and is fully accredited by the Joint Commission. The facility at STRHS-Winchester features a 10-bed ICU, a 12-bed Geriatric Psychiatry Unit, a 12-bed Acute Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation Unit, a Skilled Nursing Unit, Sleep Lab, Cardiac Cath Lab, five OR Suites and two Endoscopy Suites. There is also a 13-bay Emergency Room with over 15,000 annual visits. The wide array of services available at Southern Tennessee Medical Center, combined with a qualified and diverse medical and nursing staff, is designed to meet the healthcare needs for the people and communities of Southern Middle Tennessee. The sister facility, located on the campus of the beautiful University of the South in Sewanee, is a 21-bed general acute care facility and a 20-bed skilled care facility that provides high-quality health care for a progressive and supportive community. The Sewanee facility has a four-bay Emergency Room that sees over 5,000 patients every year. Radiology services include MRI, CT, PET/CT, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and X-ray.
