Join Our Team at Avera Medical Group Brookings
We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to provide expert, compassionate care to patients in our community. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to moving health forward.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers and dermatologists throughout the health system
- Build and shape your own practice—enjoy the flexibility to design a model that fits your vision.
Practice Highlights
- Join 2 Dermatology APPs
- Multi-specialty group of 28 physicians and 18 APPs across 10 specialties
- Ability to build and shape a growing dermatology program with a strong referral base, with opportunities in both general dermatology and Mohs
- Employed position with Avera McKennan
- Flexible 4 or 4.5 day work weeks with no call responsibilities
- No state income tax
- Community Population: 24,000; Service Population: 50,000
Qualifications
- MD or DO, licensed (or eligible) in South Dakota
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
- DEA certification (state and federal)
