Bon Secours Medical Group, a physician-led multi-specialty group in Virginia is currently seeking a seasoned surgeon with an independent practice mindset to join a hospital-employed physician group at Rappahannock General Hospital.  Join this established practice with a strong support staff including one LPN, two PSR's, one MA and a Practice Supervisor.  Rappahannock General Hospital is a critical access hospital with 25 beds in Kilmarnock, Virginia. The hospital is celebrating 40 years of providing essential healthcare to the rural regions of the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck.


  • Perform bread and butter general surgery cases including upper and lower endoscopies, GI procedures, esophageal blockages and appendectomies.
  • Opportunity for colorectal
