Cleveland Clinic’s Division of General Radiology is seeking a Board Certified Radiologist with experience in procedural radiology for a leadership position as Ashtabula County Medical Center. This position is primarily clinical with some administrative time. The successful candidate will join a team of 2 established radiologists, who are part of the larger Division of General Radiology of over 100 radiologists. Formal fellowship training is preferred. Staff candidates should be comfortable with Organ biopsies (Lung, Liver, Kidney, and Thyroid) and Drainages (Chest, Abdomen, and Pelvis). Special expertise in mammography is highly desired.
Our radiologists enjoy an interesting and diverse case mix. Some sub-specialized cases are read by our main campus radiologists. We take great pride in placing a strong emphasis on quality over quantity. Our radiologists are not measured solely on productivity, as we believe it is more important to maintain manageable workloads to allow our radiologists to focus on quality outcomes.
The Division of General Radiology is a stable, relatively large group with some of the most current technology available. All departments and outpatient facilities are networked with PACS (AGFA EI), Voice Recognition (Powerscribe 360) and EMR (EPIC). This continues to evolve as the Cleveland Clinic invests in state-of-the-art technology as one of the largest integrated systems in the U.S. Our staff is collegial, and our mission is excellent patient care.
