Chief, Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics Opportunity

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Board Certified, Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician for a leadership opportunity as Chief - Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician for the KHovnanian Children’s Hospital at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Ideal candidates will have experience preferable in a leadership role along with clinical excellence. KHOV Children’s Hospital has a reputation for providing superior diagnostic and treatment services to children with special needs. Its mission is to help children with neurodevelopmental and behavioral disorders and complex medical needs achieve their maximum potential while providing guidance and support to their families, as well as education and community outreach.

• Employed clinical and leadership position
• Perform staff physician providing diagnostic and treatment services for pediatric population
• Supervise staff physicians
• Oversees clinical rotations of medical students and residents along with facilitating educational opportunities for other clinical personnel
• Develop and implement short and long range plans for developmental and behavioral pediatrics
• Eligibility for faculty appointment at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine
• Collaborate with Section Chief in the development of grant proposals and monitor the same
• Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative team
