Family Medicine Physician (IM or PC)

Capital health is seeking an outpatient Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to take over for an established physician as she transitions out of Primary Care to lead our Post Acute Care Practice.

Location : Hopewell

Qualifications:

• BC or BE  Family Medicine/Internal Medicine

Opportunity:

• Full time opportunity
• 1/8 call group
• 4 hour session in the morning, 12pm-1pm offices closed for lunch, and 4 hour session in the afternoon
