Position Summary
Froedtert ThedaCare Health, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for our Kimberly, WI location. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a supportive, team-oriented environment where you'll have the flexibility and resources to provide exceptional care while building lasting patient relationships.
In this role, you'll have the backing of a respected health system, and the collaboration of collegial Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians. We're committed to giving you the tools, staff, and support you need to focus on what you do best - caring for patients.
Practice Highlights:
- Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine with inpatient and procedure opportunities if desired
- Join an established team of 4 physicians and 1 APC
- Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
- Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools
Clinic Hours: M-F 7:00a-5:00p
Call Rotation: 1:11 weekends and 1 weekday every third week with a triage nurse screening before transferring to the physician

Competitive Compensation and Benefits
- Income Details:
- Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
- Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
- Sign-on bonus offered to support a smooth transition into practice
- 35 days of paid time off annually, including vacation, holidays, and CME
- $4,500 annual CME allowance
- Malpractice coverage with tail insurance and access to the WI Patient Compensation Fund
- Reimbursement of licensing and board certification/recertification fees
