• Title: Hematologist/Oncologist
• Location: Rochester, NY
• Practice Setting: Multispecialty Cancer Care, Academic + Community Hybrid

• Volume: 4,500+ new cancer/blood disorder patients per year

Your Role

Join a dynamic and mission-driven Hematology/Oncology team dedicated to transforming cancer care across Western New York. You’ll provide compassionate, personalized treatment to patients with cancer and blood disorders, while collaborating with a team that values innovation, teamwork, and whole-person care.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and tumor boards
• Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Surgeons, Pathologists, and Radiologists
• Deliver care across Rochester Regional Health’s 6 cancer centers
• Contribute to quality improvement, CME, and evidence-based care initiatives

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology
• Eligible for licensure in New York State
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
• Interest in participating in program development or clinical innovation a plus
