Opportunity

CoxHealth is seeking a motivated physician to assist in enhancing the developing Palliative Care program.  This physician would work with physician and administrative leaders to assist with the program development and alignment, as well as building collaboration between the inpatient and outpatient setting.

 

  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic group of Advanced Practice Providers and nurses
  • Have the opportunity to work with medical students and residents
  • Lead in the development of an inpatient and outpatient collaborative model
  • Leadership and clinical oversight of the Ambulatory and Inpatient Palliative Care Team
  • Participate in initial consults while developing the plan of care
  • Build effective relationships with referring providers
  • Board certified in palliative care is preferred.
