• 50/50 split on clinic lab & Endoscopy
• CMC – Endoscopy Area
  • Renovated the area in 2022
  • Currently 4 procedure rooms and 8 holding rooms (pre and post operative area)
  • Scopes – Olympus 180 and 190 series (HD scopes)
  • C-Arm is available in the department
  • Colonoscopies are done with Propofol and anesthesia support
    • All of our procedures are done with propofol in our unit, but if the doctor travels to ICU to do a procedure where anesthesia is not there, then they would do that procedure with conscious sedation
• 8 day call 1 & 4;
• Consultation Services only for IP
• No tech specifics are required
• 5 MDs & 2 NP in the clinic now, 1 NP ½ day each day
• 3+ weeks wait time
• 5K cases
  • 500 IP / 4500 OP

• Relationship w/ Duke equates to the vision of retaining GI cancer cases in network/clinic
• 2.5 clinic / 2.5 Lab
