ECU Health Cancer Care in partnership with Outer Banks Health Cowell Cancer Center, located in Nags Head, NC are seeking a BE/BC Hematology Oncology fellowship-trained Physician to join their cancer program.

Experienced applicants are preferred.

Outer Banks Health Cowell Cancer Center, located in Nags Head, opened its doors in January 2024. The 15,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility offers comprehensive, multidisciplinary cancer care under one roof, including medical oncology and radiation oncology services, as well as an infusion center. In addition, Outer Banks Health is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer (ACoS-CoC) and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC).

Outer Banks Health Hospital (OBH) is a full-service critical access hospital offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services. The 21-bed facility is designed to meet the needs of the coastal community, whose year-round population of approximately 35,000 swells to about 350,000 in the summer season. Its campus includes four ORs, a medical/surgical unit, a labor & delivery suite with a dedicated cesarean section OR, a full rehabilitation therapy center, cancer treatment and radiation therapy center, and a 24-hour emergency department.
