Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient and inpatient nephrology services.
- Diagnose and manage patients with kidney diseases and related disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including dialysis and kidney transplant evaluations.
- Educate patients and their families about kidney health and treatment options.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and train residents and fellows as part of our academic program.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certified or board eligible in Nephrology.
- California medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and a collaborative approach.
