Why Nacogdoches

Nacogdoches is the oldest town in Texas — a place where genuine community, natural beauty, and an exceptional quality of life come together in a way that's rare to find. Residents enjoy affordable housing, no state income tax, and a cost of living well below the national average, all framed by rolling hills, piney woods, and the expansive lakeside outdoors. The area offers boating, fishing, hiking, golf, and the largest azalea garden in Texas, alongside a charming historic downtown with local theater, dining, and arts. Centrally situated between Houston, Dallas, and Shreveport — with two local airports — Nacogdoches delivers small-town livability without sacrificing connectivity.

Employment practices will not be influenced or affected by an applicant’s or employee’s race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status or any other legally protected status. Tenet will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities unless doing so would result in an undue hardship.
