Plastic Surgery Physician | High-Volume Level 1 Trauma Center | McAllen/Edinburg, TX

We are seeking a full-time Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery to join our multispecialty medical group at South Texas Health System Clinics in Edinburg/McAllen, Texas. Practice Setting: Hospital-employed plastic surgery position within a Level I

Trauma Center
Support / Care Team: Multidisciplinary surgical team with practice development and marketing support
EMR / Technology: Comprehensive electronic medical record system

Responsibilities
Provide trauma and reconstructive plastic surgery care, including complex free flap procedures
Collaborate with trauma surgeons, surgical specialists, and advanced practice providers
Manage inpatient and outpatient surgical care and call coverage responsibilities
Document surgical care accurately using EMR

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
Experience with free flap reconstruction and Level I trauma requirements
Active or eligible Texas medical license
Spanish language skills not required
