We offer flexible compensation options tailored to your preferences:

• Choose from two models: Productivity-based or base salary + incentive
• Earning potential: $350,000–$400,000+
• Signing bonus: Up to $100,000
• Work structure: In-person, with potential for a hybrid schedule

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that may include:
•  Psychotherapy
• Medication management
• Interventional therapies (TMS, Esketamine, Ketamine)
• Supervise and monitor patient response to interventional treatments and adjust as needed
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment options
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, NPs, psychologists, and therapists
• Handle mental health crises and provide appropriate intervention
• Maintain accurate EMRs and clinical documentation
• Contribute to ongoing research and clinical data analysis to improve patient outcomes
• Participate in continuing education and stay current with evolving psychiatric treatment protocols

Qualifications: 

• A strong communicator with an interest in evidence-based, interventional treatments
• Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-focused
• Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic clinical environment
• Experienced working within multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient with EMRs, Microsoft Suite, and video conferencing tools
• Committed to growth through 10+ hours of continuing education annually
