Internal Medicine Physician – Willmar, MN

Summary

• General, outpatient Internal Medicine practice 
• Ability to have inpatient practice, but not required
• Team of two IM Physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers; also work closely with onsite FM team
• Hospital offers 24/7 Hospitalist and ER coverage
• Group part of a larger health system which includes all subspecialty physicians

Schedule

• Full-time position; enjoy work/life balance with daytime hours
• No weekends or holidays
• Call 1:9; phone call only

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $270,000 - $320,000 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

• Any sub-specialty training or interests
