Banner Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient-only role in Fernley, Nevada, just 30 minutes from Reno and close to Lake Tahoe. This position offers a competitive $270K salary, loan repayment, and the support of a well-established, physician-led team.

This is a 100% outpatient role (no OB) where you ll join an established practice with strong support, clinical autonomy, and a focus on patient-centered care and provider well-being.

Compensation & Incentives

• $270K annual salary
• $100K sign-on bonus
• $1,500/month resident stipend (up to $18K total during final year of residency)
• Up to $100K loan repayment (NHSC eligible site)
• Additional $50K Nevada state loan repayment
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
