Job Description

IU Health Physicians is actively recruiting a Gastroenterologist to join their dynamic group in greater Indianapolis suburb of Fishers, Indiana. This position will include a mix of outpatient procedures and inpatient medicine. If desired, dedicated clinic time is available. There is also opportunity for a faculty appointment within the internationally recognized Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Digestive and Liver Disorders Division. 

Employment Opportunity Details:

  • Full time unique schedule of 33% outpatient procedures, 34% inpatient, and 37% off
    • Week One: 5 days of all day cases
    • Week Two: 7 days of inpatient medicine with APP support
    • Week Three: OFF!
  • Average procedures per week: 24-52

We serve as the referral center for colonoscopies failed elsewhere. As one of the largest hepatology and transplant programs in the country, we are a recognized leader of excellence. 

Requirements:

  • Gastroenterology Fellowship training required
  • Fellowship or experienced candidates only
  • American board certified 
  • H1B Waiver considered

Compensation details:
