Medical College of Wisconsin seeks a Vice-Chair of Quality for the Department of Radiology to join our growing team at Froedtert Hospital. 

Position Highlights: 

• Current Team:  The Radiology team includes 90 clinical faculty radiologists, the vast majority with advanced fellowship training, 16 imaging science and medical physics faculty, 15 instructor/fellows, 45 residents, 16 advanced practice providers, and 69 support staff.
• Call:  Dependent on clinical section. Participation in the after-hours call schedule with responsibilities for after-hours and holiday coverage.
• EMR: EPIC

Position Requirements: 

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology or any subspecialty of Radiology
• Wisconsin License or ability to obtain
• Desire to excel and collaborate with a talented team of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologists and Advanced Practice Providers that choose to practice, learn, and innovate together.
• Passion for providing high-quality patient care is proficiency in diagnostic or interventional radiology.
• Experience coordinating and developing departmental quality and patient safety activities, developing, and implementing strategic quality improvement initiatives, and developing, monitoring, and reporting quality measures.
• Interest in actively participating in scholarly activities which could include education and/or research.
