*Primary Care Physician to Practice in Beautiful Paoli, Indiana

Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and community-focused Primary Care Physician to join our team at IU Health Primary Care–Paoli, located directly across the street from IU Health Paoli Hospital. Position Highlights
•     100% outpatient primary care
•     Full-time schedule with 4- or 5-day work week options
•     Quickly build your practice with an established patient base
•     Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including acute and chronic disease management
•     Ability to perform small office procedures (laceration repair, wart removal, I&D, etc.)
•     Opportunity for Medical Directorship
•     Average patient volume: 20–25 patients per day
•     Minimal call: 1–2 times per month, shared across the region; After-hours calls screened through an RN triage service

Role Expectations
•     Establish and manage a patient panel drawn from Paoli and surrounding communities
•     Deliver full-spectrum primary care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and continuity
•     Use measurable quality-based data to improve patient outcomes
•     Support IU Health’s mission to make Indiana one of the healthiest states in the nation
Ideal Candidate
•     MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine–Pediatrics
•     Passion for rural health and community engagement
•     Interest in teaching and leadership opportunities
•     Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
•     FM with OB optional, not required
