Sherman Counseling is growing! We are an outpatient mental health clinic located in Appleton, WI, and we are expanding our services. We specialize in caring for people with a humanistic approach. We are passionate about helping our patients reach their full potential and reconnect with their mental and physical health.

We are actively seeking a Wisconsin-licensed Psychiatrist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working collaboratively with other clinicians and a diverse patient population.

We seek candidates interested in innovative therapies, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation services. Training will be provided for interested candidates.

Work with a team of exceptional clinicians and create the practice of your dreams.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $275,000 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Must have a clean and unrestricted Wisconsin license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
• Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required
• Expertise and experience treating children, adolescents, and families would be viewed positively
