Multi-specialty orthopedic group in Little Rock, AR seeks Hip and Knee surgeon to join their team

Baptist Health Orthopedic Clinic, in conjunction with Baptist Health Medical Center Little Rock, is seeking a fellowship trained hip and knee surgeon to join their group of eight physicians. BHMC-LR is the flagship hospital of an 11- hospital system throughout Arkansas. 

Highlights of the opportunity with this practice include:

  • Competitive compensation plan
  • General orthopedic call 1:8
  • Large group of musculoskeletal physicians referring surgical candidates
  • The immediate metropolitan area offers a patient draw of just under one million  

Hospital support includes:

  • 55 bed, all private orthopedic/spine floor
  • Program Line Manager and Physician Liaison to help market the physician to over 50  hospital owned and managed primary care practices to help build referral patterns
  • Block time in O.R. for ease of scheduling
  • Orthopedic Joint Replacement program already in place
  • Access to multiple robotic platforms
  • Experienced ortho/spine nursing staff, physical therapy and occupational therapy

Interested candidates should be graduates of an accredited ACGME residency and completed an Orthopedic Hip and Knee Fellowship.
