The Division of Plastic, Maxillofacial, and Oral Surgery at Duke University invites applications for a faculty physician with an interest in pediatric plastic and craniofacial reconstruction, including cleft lip and palate surgery, craniofacial surgery and the full spectrum of pediatric plastic surgery procedures, also including research, clinical patient care and education. We are seeking a BE/BC fellowship trained surgeon with additional consideration given to individuals with experience at the assistant professor level.

The position is flexible to accommodate interests in adult craniofacial reconstruction as well as sub-specialty niches including facial paralysis and microtia reconstruction.  The primary responsibility for the position will be participating in the care of patients at Duke University Hospital and the Duke Children’s Health Center. Additional responsibilities include participation in didactic sessions, seminars and rounds with plastic surgery residents and medical students. Opportunities to develop clinical research expertise exist and will be supported.
