• Guaranteed Annual Salary $800,000 with WRVU bonus model

• Hospital-employed orthopaedic practice with 3 Board-Certified surgeons and 4 Physician Assistants
• Current team includes fellowship-trained Adult Reconstruction, Hand/Wrist, and Sports Medicine
• Level III Trauma Center with a broad mix of fracture care and general orthopaedics; complex tertiary cases transferred
• Strong referral base and significant unmet need
• Additional call support from our military Orthopaedic Surgeons
• Dedicated OR block time and advanced technology, including the Mako SmartRobotics
• Hospitalist team admits and manages all medical patients; Orthopaedics functions as a consultative service
• Regional catchment area of 250,000+ residents, including Fort Drum, home of the 10th Mountain Division
• Teaching opportunities available through accredited ACGME/AOA training programs

 Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle or Orthopaedic Trauma would be ideal
• Interest in building a subspecialty practice while maintaining a balanced general orthopaedic surgery practice
