• Internal Medicine Southwest is an independent, outpatient private practice located in Littleton, Colorado; a suburb located southwest of Denver.  
• A team of four internists and one advanced practice provider is supported by a staff of 12, as well as a social worker and an RN/patient educator, who are care coordinators. The practice also has mental health support through Jefferson County Mental Health.
