PM&R Opportunity with CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital *Opportunity to focus on Neuro-based physiatry *

• Outpatient practice for Adult PM&R; minimal inpatient responsibilities.
• Opportunity to see a wide variety of neuro-based diagnoses  
• Group of 2 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Experienced multidisciplinary team of Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists
• Support from Neuropsychology, Headache Clinic, Social Work, Psychology, and alternative medicine.
• Opportunity to teach residents
• 17-bed inpatient Rehabilitation unit at CentraCare- St. Cloud Hospital

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $270,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience 
• Salary range: $270,000 - $310,000 per year 
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
