• Support and collaboration from 6 physicians with 4 advanced practice providers
• Opportunities available for Family Medicine physicians to provide ER & OB care in addition to clinical outpatient practice
• C-Section opportunities available with 1:4 call
• Primary ER call 1:5 with backup coverage during the week and on weekends
• Weekend ER coverage 1:5
  • Additional compensation for ER coverage
• Sign-on bonus
• Critical access hospital and clinic under one roof

Must be BE/BC and able to obtain a MN License.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $260,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience 
• Salary range: $260,000 - $290,000 per year 
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Adjacent to the medical campus are a 60-bed long-term care facility and a 30-unit senior living building. Outpatient services include chemotherapy, IV infusions, rehabilitation, transitional care, diabetes education, integrated behavioral health, complemented by visiting specialists and tele-stroke/STEMI collaboration with St. Cloud Hospital.
