WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to meet the growing demand for Diabetes and Endocrinology services at FPN Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Indianapolis on the south side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Interested candidate will be joining an established practice with a skilled provider team of eight physicians and seven advanced practice providers.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Flexible schedule, typically 4 days a week
Both outpatient and inpatient coverage
Anticipated outpatient volume: 15-16 patients per day
Anticipated inpatient volume varies based on consultations
Shared call expectation of 1:9
Cover inpatient rounding every 9th week
With the assistance of the Triage Logic Nurse system, number of calls during off hours is limited
Extensive resources including onsite Clinical Diabetes Educators
Provider will support one of our outreach locations - Mooresville, Shelbyville, Franklin, Plainfield, Martinsville, Columbus, Greenwood, Greencastle, Stones Crossing or Carmel
