This Family Medicine practice is in gorgeous Superior/Duluth region, which never has a shortage of fun activities! You would be joining a large multi-specialty physician group with locations in northern Wisconsin and Minnesota. This is a growth position!

Our ideal candidate would be an easy going, patient-centered, physician leader that enjoys working with an existing, low-maintenance, highly relational team. OB for this position is optional. This role is in a newer clinic with state-of-the-art technology, attached to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior. Weekend clinic call is 1:9. Weeknight call 1:9. Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM and NP/PA’s - along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists, 1 Behavioral Health NP, 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program. Over 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology OBGYN, General Surgery, Weight Management, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med & Surg, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Mediation Therapy Management, Gastroenterology, Vascular Surgery and Urology all on-site as well as others available at the main campus in Duluth.

  • Nurse-on-line triage 24/7
  • EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital
  • Admit to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. Transfers complex cases to St. Mary's Medical Center, 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designation
  • Urgent Care – staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers
  • Physician led, professionally managed organization with great team environment
