Concierge Medicine - MUSC Health Columbia Medical Center
MUSC Health is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to help grow our Direct Primary Care network. The ideal candidate will be a patient-centered, compassionate, team-player with a knack for delivering the highest quality of care. The practice will be located in Columbia, South Carolina.
The successful candidate would join our MUSC Accel Health membership fee program in a MCP practice focused on providing exceptional, personalized medical care to promote longevity and high performance for patients, including personal health data collection, longitudinal care, care coordination and other primary care services. The practice will enjoy full administrative support including a practice manager, care coordinator, clinical and front office associates.
About this position:
- Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Clinic hours Monday – Friday with easy and timely access to physician via telephone, after-hours
- Expected patient panel of 600
- Provide regular clinical support via telemedicine modalities (e.g. phone, email, video chat)
- Opportunity to teach (if desired)
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and at least 3 years of experience with skills and expertise in Primary Care. Previous experience in membership-based programs is a plus.
