Description:

  • Full time position with 50% administrative and 50% clinical duties
  • Primary location will be Grant Medical Center
  • Large practice with 35 providers

Requirements:

  • A medical degree with licensure in the State of Ohio
  • BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
  • 5 years of practicing palliative experience required
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
