We are recruiting two pediatric cardiac intensive care trained physicians to join our expanding Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care and Congenital Heart Surgery Program at Kaiser Oakland Medical Center. These positions support the inpatient pediatric cardiac population and congenital heart surgery program, with responsibilities tailored to each candidate’s training and board certifications.

Full-time annual salary range is $329,220 to $340,020 based on experience and training. Plus, additional potential incentives of $30,090. Salary range is based on a full-time schedule. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
