ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY

Our Senior and Residential Care program (SR Care) needs a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician with a passion to care for the elderly/senior population, or Geriatrician to provide primary care services to SR Care clients at participating LTC facilities and serve as the individual SNFs Medical Director.

 Compensation and Perks

  • Base Salary: $237,500k-$247,500k. Additional financial add-ons include a quality/engagement incentive, $10k fellowship bonus (if applicable), $4k per SNF oversight (9 contracted SNF facilities shared), and production bonuses.

 Qualifications

  • MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited US FM or IM Residency.
  • Preference of geriatric medicine certification, or FM/IM with added qualifications in geriatrics, and/or AMDA cert or training.
  • WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
  • DEA certificate.
  • BE/BC required.
  • Great peer references and in good standing.
  • Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans.
