Pediatric Inpatient Psychiatry in Jacksonville Florida

Baptist Health in Jacksonville Florida is looking for a Pediatric Inpatient Psychiatrist to join its large group practice. 

Wolfson Children’s Hospital, one of the top children’s hospitals in the country, is seeking an Inpatient pediatric psychiatrist. The Pediatric Psychiatrist will perform comprehensive psychological and developmental diagnostic evaluations. The referral base for pediatric assessment is Primary Care, internal referrals from our multidisciplinary practice, and community referrals. 

This position is in our multidisciplinary behavioral health department, which includes Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, Psychiatry, Mental Health Counseling, and Applied Behavior Analysis. It is a busy, outpatient practice that serves a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment. 

Position details

• 25 Physicians in the Psychiatry Service
• 1 year experience candidate (Preferred)
• MD or DO
• BE or BC
• 60 pts a week
• No Call
• EPIC EHR
• Compensation starts at $280K, based on experience
• 7 days on / 7 days off; 12 hour shifts
