Northwest Medical, in Vancouver, Washington has been providing exceptional and individualized care within the community for the last 30 years! NWM, of Praxis Health, is a small practice (with 3 physicians & 1 FNP) with a stellar reputation. The staff is like a big family, and we have built an excellent reputation in the community, which makes for a loyal patient panel. We emphasize preventative care as well as managing chronic medical problems and are looking for a Family Medicine Physician who is comfortable with a wide range of patients from small children to geriatrics.

In this role, you will inherit a full and established patient panel from a retiring provider, which will make it very easy to quickly build a full practice. You will have autonomy in how you schedule and treat your patients, while having the administrative support of a larger organization.

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

• Highly-engaged MD/DO physician
• Board Certification/ Board Eligible and Residency trained in Internal or Family Medicine 
• Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients 
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics 
• Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications 
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Respect for patient's confidentiality 
• Compassionate and approachable 
• Responsible and trustworthy
