Colorectal Surgeon - Geisinger

Geisinger is seeking a fellowship trained Colorectal Surgeon to join our health delivery system. Geisinger is one of the nation’s largest health service organizations serving patients throughout Pennsylvania

Position Details:

• This position will be at our Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania
• The Division of Colorectal Surgery will have a total of 7 surgeons across the system with 1 Advanced Practitioner
• General Colorectal Surgery practice with a large volume of cancers and inflammatory bowel disease
• Shared call
• Academic environment with an ACGME accredited Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship as well as a General Surgery Residency coupled with a strong research infrastructure
• The practice is approx 80% colorectal and 20% anorectal
