Job Summary:

• Board eligible/ board certified internal or family medicine 
• Ability to obtain Colorado license
• Broad interest within primary care with an emphasis on quality
• Physicians desiring a provider-led practice focusing on prevention and education

• 4-day work week; seeing 16-18 patients/day – will consider part-time candidates
• Phone call is shared 1:5, minimal call volume
