Position Highlights:

• Designed for balance: Four-day workweek with 36 clinical hours and protected administrative time
• Outpatient only: Average 18–22 patients per day once fully ramped, allowing for efficient care without an overwhelming daily schedule.
• Growing practice: Establish your own Family Medicine patient panel within an expanding primary care network backed by strong community demand.
• Physician support: Dedicated clinical staff, onsite lab, digital imaging, and EPIC EMR

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Guaranteed Compensation: $290K base salary
