 Children’s Mercy Kansas City is seeking a dynamic, nationally recognized, and accomplished Division Director to lead the Division of Otolaryngology within the Department of Surgery.  The Division Director leads 12 Pediatric Otolaryngologists, two part-time Neurotologists, and 13 advanced practice nurses.  The ENT team works closely with Audiology, Speech Pathology, Pulmonology, Anesthesiology, Gastroenterology, and Respiratory Care.  The applicant must demonstrate academic achievement (with academic accomplishments at the level of Associate or Professor), a distinguished record of clinical excellence, an MD or equivalent, and board certification in otolaryngology.  The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, strategic, and highly communicative visionary leader.
