General Anesthesiologist opportunity in Gastonia, NC! Partnership track available, stable and private group, high comp!

East Carolina Anesthesia Associates is the most stable private practice in the state of North Carolina. We have been in operation for nearly 50 years. We are wholly physician owned and operated allowing our division to operate autonomously and specific to its own demographics.

Due to hospital expansion, we currently have a rare opening on our team at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, just 30 minutes west of Charlotte. We are expanding our services to the new Belmont Hospital opening in 2024. This position is rare, with a tenured and experienced group of great physicians, this opening will not last long!!

This position includes a partnership track with a stake in equity and ownership (if the physician desires potential entry into partnership).

Coverage will start Summer 2024. Must be experienced with hearts, especially TEE, and will perform a wide variety of cases including hearts, some neuro, ob, ortho, ENT, healthy peds, GI, endo and general surgery. A cardiothoracic fellowship is not required, but will be given preference. Call is 1 in 10, no in-house call.
