Sanford Clinic Rock Rapids is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician.

• Opportunity encompasses the full spectrum of outpatient family medicine with no inpatient, ER, OB, or call responsibilities.
• Provider compliment is 1 FM and 3 APP's
• Annual office visits 22,000
• Specialty outreach includes urology, orthopedic, ob/gyn, cardiology, and vascular services
• Broad spectrum of on-site services to support your practice including therapy (PT, OT, ST,
Cardiac and Respiratory), Lab, Nurse infusions/injections, On-site pharmacist, wound nurse, Diagnostic imaging (X-ray, CT, Ultrasound), Nuclear Medicine outreach, mobile MRI and mobile Mammography
