Practice Information

• One BC/BE sleep medicine physician needed to join our sleep medicine team at American Fork Clinic in American Fork, Utah
• Sleep Lab will be based at Utah Valley Clinic (20 minute drive)
• Outpatient only with no call responsibilities
• Mid-level provider assistance
• Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
• Visa sponsorship not available

Requirements

• Sleep medicine fellowship required
• Board Certified/ Board Eligible in sleep
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
• U.S. ACGME Residency
