Hospitalist in Freestanding Community Pediatric Hospital

Arkansas Children's Northwest (ACNW) in Springdale, Arkansas seeks full-time board eligible/certified Pediatric
Hospitalists to join our current 8 person team due to hospital expansion. Hospitalist fellowship not required.

Our hospitalist group is dedicated to being a work-life balance focused practice with flexible scheduling and unmatched
practice support. Our group provides 24/7 inpatient coverage at a free standing children's hospital with no delivery or
newborn nursery coverage or out of hospital "call." Contracted hours are currently divided between 12 hour days and
nights in addition to 8-9 hour daytime shifts, with equally distributed weekend and holiday coverage. Nocturnist
positions are also available, if desired.

There are opportunities for hospital and system wide committee involvement, quality improvement projects, teaching
(medical student level), medical informatics opportunity, and career advancement. We strive to achieve excellence in
patient care, and pride ourselves on our collegial atmosphere. We have worked hard to develop friendly and
cooperative working relationships both within our group and with the other physician groups, and seek to add motivated
individuals who will reinforce these goals.

Competitive salary, sign-on bonus, moving allowance and benefits are standard. There are additional opportunities for
both quarterly production bonuses and yearly quality incentive bonuses. The hospital is H1B visa waiver eligible.
