Witham Health Services is a 52 bed licensed facility based in Lebanon, Indiana. Lebanon is located just northwest of Indianapolis. With updated facilities and a strong medical staff we offer a wide range of services including: allergy and sinus, cancer care, emergency services, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, hospice, maternity, occupational health, pulmonology and sleep lab and rehabilitation programs. Associated clinics are located nearby in Crawfordsville, Frankfort, Jamestown, Thorntown, Whitestown at Anson and Zionsville.
